Dear SH Son Here is the FA report about DOA Ethernet fail on Inspection 12.2024. Summary: - This unit has PASSED normally SMT and FATP.- Shipping date: 2024/11/18 - The SPI & Pre-AOI and Post-AOI history not found issue - Ethernet fail can cover 100% at FATP Action: - Fii need to get NG board on hand to analysis to find out root cause. Therefore, may can we suggest that ALT send Defective samples back to Vietnam for us to analyze further. Many thanks Rachel |

Dear Mr Son ALT customer defecting 1 pcs DOA in 2024.12 Mass production inspection (This SN shipment in November 2024). 05/ April / 2025, the defective DOA arrived in Vietnam for analysis. Fii Confirmed the actual fail when Fii re-test at the factory is the same as the customer's feedback. NG broad DOA can not internet access and this issue can not be covered at FATP because the online product does not test the Internet network category. Only OBA tests Internet access and You tobe . (OBA according to AQL 0.65). Because this is the first product with the internet access problem, we are still monitoring the production line.
